Bouillon powder
If your product does not contain this “something”, our bouillon in powders will give it a rich vegetable, vegetable-meat, boletus or smoked note, depending on the final effect expected by the customer.
At customer’s request, we make colouring bouillons and with a clean label (without E number).
They are most often used in products of the following type:
- Ready-made dishes
- Soups
- Delicatessen fillings
- Meat products
- Jelly
- Sauces
